If you have purchased DIRECTLY from CherryBlooms.com and have read our Returns Policy below, you can click here to fill in the Product Returns form online.

 

CherryBlooms.com allows returns and exchanges within 30 days for all Cherry Blooms full-priced and sale stock, *60 Days for Cherry Blooms Fiber Lash Extensions only, and **90 Days for GrandeLASH-MD and GrandeLINER.

 

RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM

If you are sent an incorrect item due to our error, please click here to fill in the Product Returns form online. We will ship the correct item immediately.

 

ORDERED AN INCORRECT ITEM

If you ordered the wrong product by mistake, you are able to return this item (unopened, unused) and exchange it for the correct item. We request that all goods are returned within 30/60*/90** days of the date we sent to you. Customers are responsible for the postage and handling costs of the returned product. Once Cherry Blooms has received the returned item, we will then ship the exchanged product.

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM

In order to facilitate the return of faulty items please click here to fill in the Product Returns form online.

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 10 days after delivery. Cherry Blooms will then ship the new item out to you.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected. Any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will NOT be accepted as faulty. Products received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of CherryBlooms.com.

We strongly advise all customers to check products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to Cherry Blooms.

In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

 

REFUNDS

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling to Cherry Blooms. Shipping and handling costs are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the product is faulty.

Any returns need to be returned in one shipment. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging.

Refunds will be paid through PayPal or credit card, whichever payment method was used at the time of the purchase. Please note, credit card refund may take 5-10 business days for the refund amount to appear in your account.

For overseas purchases the customer will need to pay for the return of the product if they wish to exchange or receive a refund.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NON-REFUNDABLE.
